The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will represent the company with professionalism and efficiency.Job Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face Provide accurate information about company services and policies Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Process applications, forms, and requests as needed Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Assist in gathering customer feedback for service improvement Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company image at all times Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (corporate experience preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000/month Medical insurance and annual paid leave End-of-service gratuity Annual air ticket allowance Career development opportunities within IHC group companies Supportive and diverse work environment Conclusion: Join IHC, a key player in the UAE’s economic growth and innovation landscape.
