Description

To welcome customers in a courteous manner, answer phones efficiently, and provide necessary support to enhance customer comfort and satisfaction until they are attended to by the relevant personnel. Essential Roles and Responsibilities Operational Roles and Responsibilities Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns. Handle current customers or phone inquiries efficiently and courteously, providing information, service bookings, and guidance. Provide a courteous welcome to service customers by arranging seating and ensuring their comfort until attended by the Service Advisor. Follow up with customers via phone regarding their visits to the ATM. Coordinate to ensure customers are attended to promptly, reducing waiting time and increasing satisfaction. Assist reception in managing courtesy vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area, adhering to housekeeping standards to uphold a professional corporate image.
