In 2017, we established Raytheon Emirates, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on effectors, air and missile defense, and advanced technology.Role Summary The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for expanding Raytheon’s business in the UAE and representing our product and service portfolio to local customers.Key Responsibilities Develop in-country strategies and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with RTN enterprise leaders.Manage and develop the R&C pipeline.Prepare artefacts for Gate reviews (Gates 1-4).Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers locally and internationally.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement and shaping efforts.Develop customer engagement plans to ensure a unified Raytheon approach.Qualifications & Experience University Degree or equivalent with 12+ years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years in Business Development or Defense Sales.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or above).Experience in UAE business development and pipeline creation.Strong network with UAE and Saudi customers and partners.Understanding of UAE’s cultural, political, and military environment.Fluency in Arabic and English.Technical, Behavioral, and Management Competencies Includes project management, communication, relationship development, decision-making, team management, and ethical conduct.Additional Information Position is mid-senior level, full-time, within sales and business development in the defense and space manufacturing industry.RTX values diversity and encourages applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
