You will report to the Front of House Manager and should have 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a five-star hotel environment. Essential skills include reservations, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Opera and relevant software is necessary. Experience in the Middle East/GCC region is advantageous.At One&Only, creating JOY is central.
