The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all relevant departments.Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team alignment with updated directives and procedures.Prepare reports, maintain records, and conduct regular checks or audits for quality assurance.Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when needed.Ensure high standards of service and adherence to Jumeirah policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Lead by example with integrity and ensure all staff deliver courteous, efficient, and discreet service.About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.Aboutthe Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
