2 months ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Executive to join our Travel Agency (Aventura). The right candidate should be able to hit the ground running. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate travel sales. The ideal candidate should be a proven achiever motivated by challenges and aggressive targets.Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a SMART Sales Strategy Define and implement tactical initiatives to win business Collaborate with the Marketing Department and other stakeholders Identify and target prospective corporate clients via contacts, cold calls, networking, and industry events Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs Understand client travel policies and propose customized solutions Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Coordinate with operations and account management teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software Qualifications: Experience in the UAE market in Corporate Travel Sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate travel or hospitality Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Data-driven with an analytical mindset Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Understanding of selling concepts beyond price and discounts Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Familiarity with travel industry systems (GDS, etc.) is a plus Experience with CRM systems or sales tools is advantageous Additional Details: Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, General Business, Education Industries: Wireless Services, Telecommunications, Communications Equipment Manufacturing Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at BENO - Luxury At Your Service.Explore more roles: Senior Sales Account Manager - Wholesale Voice & Mobility Sales Executive (Outbound) - Mid-Market & Corporate Senior Sales Executive - Engineering and Technical Solutions We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
