Annual Air Ticket, Medical Insurance, Commission, Paid Leaves, Visa, Travel Allowance Vacancy Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and international markets.Generate leads via networking, referrals, BNI, Linked In, and digital campaigns.Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns and convert them into clients.2. Client Meetings & Presentations Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand their needs.Present services such as Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, ICV, AML Compliance, CFO services, and Company Formation in a consultative manner.Tailor proposals and service packages to client requirements.Maintain an updated client pipeline in CRMTrack communication, follow-ups, proposal status, and closures systematically.Provide weekly reports on lead status and sales performance.4. Collaboration with Internal Teams Coordinate with accounting, tax, and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding.Support the documentation and KYC process for new clients.Handover closed deals smoothly to operations.Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services (e.g., VAT filing, internal audit, business restructuring).Upsell higher-tier packages or recurring monthly services.6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Study competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies.Provide feedback to management on service gaps, client needs, and market trends.7. Proposal Drafting & Negotiation Draft service quotations and engagement letters.Negotiate terms and pricing within approved margins to close deals.Represent the company at BNI, exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events.Build strategic partnerships with real estate agents, legal consultants, and freelance PROs.Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or consulting sectors.Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for international roles.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and influence decision-makers.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially when dealing with international clients and diverse teams.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
