We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine togrowth and innovation and continue to lead because we have anexceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre ofeverything.Yourrole: Extensive knowledgeof HVAC equipment.Ability to assess HVAC requirementsof clients through detailed surveys and siteevaluations.Guidance on the best HVAC solutionsincluding system design installation and maintenance.Up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies trends and industrystandards.Familiarity with country regulations in the HVAC domain.Identifies prospects and establishesprofessional relationships to understand customer needs.Suggests products and/or services that meet customerneeds.Develops new customer contact leads for the salesbusiness development team.Develops long-term customerrelationships with prospective accounts to influenceopportunities.Participates in business developmentactivities for prospects within defined customer segments tosupport business strategy.Supports HVAC consultants toprovide optimum solutions for projects.Attends tradeshows to increase the visibility of the organization andpotentially influence prospects Strong technical skillsresearch and analytical abilities.Effective teamworkand communication skills including the ability to explain clearlyand listen to client feedback.Ability to negotiate withand influenceothers.Requirements Weare looking for people who are as a minimum you musthave: Bachelorsdegree in mechanical engineering and/or related HVAC field withstrong technical knowledge on chillers. MBA is aplus.1-3 years experiencewith a subject matter expert on chilled water applied equipment andcontrol solutions and a thorough grasp of the HVACsystem Expert inrelationship management with salesqualities.Excellentattention to details combined with outstanding writing and verbalcommunication skills in English.
