QC & QA Manager

Oversee the Quality Control & Assurance department, ensuring 24/7 operational support through effective manpower planning.Ensure compliance with Barakat’s Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, as well as relevant local and international regulations.Maintain consistent quality standards across factory and office operations.Identify system gaps, report findings, and track corrective actions with stakeholders and management.Enforce IPO (Input-Process-Output) cycle protocols, including checks on raw materials, processes, sanitation, packaging, finished products, and storage.Ensure all new products and variants undergo QA testing and approval prior to market launch.Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal audits for food safety and quality.Desired Candidate Profile Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or Biotechnology.Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Quality Control & Assurance within the food industry.Strong command of Food Safety & Quality Systems Management.Certified HACCP/ISO Lead or Internal Auditor.In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and food industry regulations.Familiarity with local and international food safety regulations.Well-connected with government bodies and regulatory authorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
