Egis’ extensive experience in engineering, consulting, and project management makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.About the Role Responsibility and accountability for design and technical detailing across all design stages through IFC delivery within the allocated timeline as per contract.Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe In Design.Conduct design and constructability assessments, technical reviews, and QA/QC checks.Coordinate with local authorities regarding regulatory compliance.Prepare and review design reports and update project specifications as needed.Identify multi-disciplinary scope gaps and inform the project director / commercial team.Assist the Project Director in preparing and finalizing the Design Management Plan and Project Execution Plan.Assist in preparing internal monthly progress reports.Lead internal coordination meetings.Manage internal resources within the project budget.Identify and manage design-related risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation procedures.Manage stakeholder approvals of design and samples based on contract deliverables.Ensure design management aligns with U+A design principles across project components and phases.Provide technical support to the commercial team, including attending contract meetings and presenting project dashboards.Manage the design process efficiently, including change requests, risks, and budget adherence, safeguarding stakeholder interests.Ensure compliance of the design process with legislation, international standards, and codes of practice.Liaise with statutory authorities and relevant third parties.Oversee internal and external tendering processes based on procurement strategies.What do we need from you Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, and Adobe In Design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
