Job Overview: The Senior Manager QHSES Assurance is responsible for developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. This role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and industry understanding to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Senior Manager manages multiple teams, sets priorities, allocates resources, and resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. They support business results by overseeing projects, products, services, and policies. Responsibilities Establish and improve quality programs across the fabrication yard, setting goals and targets to enhance performance. Drive performance quality to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, delivering "First Time Quality". Develop problem-solving techniques to prevent defects. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze trends in KPIs, QI, and Cost of Quality. Provide technical support for materials and welding for bids and projects. Resolve technical issues on projects, ensuring fitness for purpose. Promote quality, productivity, and compliance with the code of conduct. Identify and address training needs within budget. Participate in weekly operations meetings, providing updates and quality statistics. Ensure the Quality System complies with the Business Line Quality Manual. Contribute to bids, assess resource requirements, and review QA/QC/NDT costs. Coordinate with project teams on Quality Plans and Procedures. Support Industrial Engineering initiatives and 3C/5S implementation. Oversee KPI, QI, and performance analysis, fostering benchmarking and lessons learned. Analyze measurement data trends for improvement and compliance. Plan and support QC and NDT activities with project quality managers. Use stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. Create clear training materials and instructions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 15+ years of experience in EPC construction and fabrication. ISO Auditor 9001, 14001, 18001 certification and internal auditor training. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
