This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of both sales and administrative responsibilities, while maintaining full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. The Sales Coordinator will contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth by providing accurate and timely commercial support, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date records in CRM systems. This position plays a key role in enabling the sales team to operate efficiently and meet strategic targets.Key Responsibilities: Manage and update client records, leads, contracts, and activities in CRM systems.Respond to client enquiries, process quotes, service contracts, and sales orders promptly.Support contract renewals, coordinate with legal and billing teams, and ensure invoicing accuracy.Assist with client retention, handle service complaints, and identify upselling opportunities.Coordinate with operations and call center teams for site visits, service execution, and complaint management.Prepare sales performance reports and maintain marketing material inventory.Qualifications and Experience: 12+ grade, Graduation or equivalent Minimum 2 years of environmental related industry or 3 years of relevant sales experience Skills: CRM and Sales Order Management – Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data, process sales orders, and maintain accurate records.Communication and Account Coordination – Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.Time Management and Prioritization – Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage shifting priorities efficiently.IT and Microsoft Office Proficiency – Competence in using sales software, Excel, Word, and Power Point to support reporting, documentation, and client presentations.Client Relationship and Service Orientation – Skilled in maintaining strong client relationships, addressing service-related issues, and supporting retention and upselling initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
