Job Title: Account Manager – Sales (B2B Solutions)Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager – Sales (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of software/Hardware solutions, IT security products, networking systems, and CCTV surveillance solutions to business clients. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals across various industries.Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.Understand client requirements and propose suitable software, security, networking, or surveillance solutions.Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals efficiently.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT, security, or networking domains.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and consultative selling approach.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
