Security and Surveillance Job Description Review and Monitoring: Continuously monitor & review multiple CCTV screens to detect security threats, suspicious activities, or safety concerns.Incident Response: Efficiently report detected security incidents by informing the in charge based on the chain of command.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and individuals for future reference and reporting.Remote CCTV Operation: Remotely operate and troubleshoot CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording systems, to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.Proactive Surveillance: Identify security vulnerabilities and potential risks, reporting them to the security team for action.Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing situational updates and relaying information as needed.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding CCTV operations and data privacy.Confidentiality: Handle information with discretion, especially concerning sensitive security matters.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).Preferred experience in a similar role or in the security field.Familiarity with CCTV systems and technology.Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.Good communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Possession of relevant licenses or certifications (Security Industry Regulatory Agency).Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
