Customer Communication & Relationship Management Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers during initial and follow-up calls.Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first approach in all interactions.Keep prospects informed about offers, promotions, or additional product benefits.Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams.3.
