Perform operational and compliance audits, including preparing reports and developing solutions. Conduct policy compliance testing and formulate retail audit programs. Identify insights and outliers through analytical procedures. Communicate findings to store management and initiate remedial actions. Lead investigations and carry out ad hoc assignments as requested. Assist internal teams and managers as needed. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience in leading investigations. Ability to assess risks and see beyond obvious issues.
