Our business is fast-paced, dynamic, and expanding, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for professionals looking to grow with a global trading leader.Role Overview: We are seeking a Accounts & Finance Executive to join our finance team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong grounding in accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting, banking transactions, and consolidation across multiple entities. The candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and will support financial operations both in the UAE and for subsidiaries abroad.Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the parent company and its global subsidiaries.Record and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with IFRS and company policies.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support in consolidation of financial reports from subsidiaries and other group companies.Handle daily banking operations, including initiating and verifying local and international payments, LC documentation, and bank reconciliations.Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely invoicing and collection.Assist in audit preparation and liaise with internal and external auditors.Coordinate with local and international teams to gather financial data and support group-level financial planning and analysis.Maintain supporting documentation for all transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.Contribute to improving accounting and finance processes across the group.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in a trading or multinational environment.Basic knowledge of UAE VAT laws and international accounting standards.Strong understanding of accounting for multiple entities/subsidiaries.Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, or ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus).Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Additional Requirements: Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities across geographies.A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.What We Offer: A collaborative work environment in a globally expanding organization.Opportunities for professional growth across diverse business verticals.Competitive salary and benefits package.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
