Executive - Space Planning & Visual Merchandising

To optimize the use of retail space and enhance the customer shopping experience through strategic space planning and impactful visual merchandising. This role ensures products are presented in a visually appealing and commercially effective manner, aligning with brand standards and business objectives. Space Planning Analyse floor layouts and planograms to maximize space utilization and sales per square foot. Collaborate with category managers and operations teams to plan fixture placements, product adjacencies, and customer flow. Maintain and update store planograms based on sales data, footfall trends, and inventory levels. Recommend changes to layouts based on new product introductions, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and market trends. Create compelling product displays and focal points to drive footfall and conversion. Implement window and in-store displays to support new launches, promotions, and campaigns. Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are consistently maintained. Liaise with marketing, buying, and store operations teams to align VM strategies with business objectives. Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and display execution. Monitor and report on the performance of VM initiatives through KPIs and visual audits. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Retail and Sales Proficiency in Customer Service Ability to design and create Window Displays Excellent organizational and planning skills With 2-3 years of experience in retail space planning or visual merchandising, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
