The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the UAE, specifically in sectors such as cosmetics, fragrances, beauty, luxury goods, watches, or jewelry. A proven track record in a senior sales role or in managing a team is essential.Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.Lead or support a team of sales associates to drive performance and meet KPIs.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer preferences.Provide regular sales reports and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).Minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the UAE.Prior experience in one or more of the following retail sectors is highly preferred: Cosmetics & Fragrances Beauty Products Luxury Retail Watches & Jewelry Demonstrated experience in a senior sales role or team leadership.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and retain high-end clientele.A passion for luxury and beauty retail, with a focus on excellence and professionalism.Note: Only candidates with UAE retail experience in the above categories will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
