Description
We are looking for a Medical Secretary who is energetic, well organized, good in verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential and personal information. The role involves providing the highest level of secretarial and administrative support for the Chairman with 5 to 7 years’ experience, especially from the Insurance / Healthcare sector.Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree holder in any stream Additional Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years experience in UAE, having an additional qualification in Secretarial practice, especially from the Insurance / Healthcare sector is an added advantage Good command over spoken and written English Job Expertise: The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, diligent, and an administrative professional with experience in finance, specifically in the insurance industry.The ideal candidate will assist executives and managers on multiple organizational levels.He / She will manage multiple schedules and maintain communication across teams.The candidate should be focused, consistent, punctual, and reliable.He / She should also be driven and focused with proven excellence in written and oral communications.He / She should be able to manage schedules and itineraries, coordinate and arrange meetings, and complete action items listed in MOM.He / She should be able to manage international travel for the Chairman.The ideal candidate should be resourceful and an independent problem-solver.He / She should provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman, prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations.He / She should be well versed in liaising with Senior Management, Clients, and external partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
