Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.Coordinate background checks and reference verification processes.Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks as required.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar HR role is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
