Job Title: Front Desk Operations Manager A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage its front desk operations. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Assist visitors and guests, coordinating with relevant staff members as needed.Maintain accurate records and documents, including employee files and company information.Process employee reimbursements, ensure accuracy of receipts and invoices.Prepare payment vouchers, authorization letters for bank statements, and handle monthly bill payments.Coordinate meeting room bookings and email communication with stakeholders.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and visit visas as required.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in front desk management, administrative assistance, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.Benefits: TBDExperience: Senior IC
