Administrative Support Role This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to parents and students, ensuring a positive experience through the Family Experience Journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Job Description: Welcome and Respond to Enquiries: Act as the first point of contact for all school visitors, enhancing the reputation of the school by creating an excellent first impression.Tel Calls, Messages and Deliveries: Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls, ensuring that all calls are answered or transferred within 5 rings. Monitor the log of all incoming calls and accurately take and relay messages and enquiries from members of the public.Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a tidy desk, lobby, and reception area. Ensure NAS Abu Dhabi information is readily available in all reception areas and ensure all screens display accurate and relevant information.Security: Create and distribute staff and parent ID badges in line with school policy. Work in conjunction with the security guards to maintain security awareness within the school.Administrative Support: Maintain the staff register and monitor employees arriving late or leaving early.
