We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting and implementing a comprehensive standard operating procedure (SOP) for the Office of Enrollment Management.Job Responsibilities: Process Documentation: Explore existing processes, policies, and procedures within the Enrollment Services units, and document a comprehensive SOP manual that aligns with institutional goals and regulatory compliance.Collaboration and Consultation: Consult with enrollment staff and administrative units to gather input and demonstrate the correlation across functions.SOP Implementation: Create process flowcharts, presentations, checklists, guides, manuals, contracts, and guidelines to support SOP implementation.Quality Control and Performance Metrics: Document quality control measures and performance metrics for enrollment operations.SOP Updates and Maintenance: Document and archive updates, allowing concerned enrollment staff to efficiently review and update deliverables as needed to reflect changes in policy, technology, or regulations.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, educational administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards in higher education is an advantage.Technical Writing and Communication Skills: Proven experience in process development and documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.About Us: We are a leading institution of higher education formed on the American model.
