Loss prevention lead
Description
Job Specification Leads and provides the technical safety engineering inputs for the development of basic engineering and detail design phases. Reviews key deliverables such as technical safety design basis, loss prevention philosophies, technical safety reports, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis, and Fire water network design analysis.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).Knowledge and/or Experience At least 8 years of engineering experience in brownfield modifications to oil and gas or similar facilities, including offshore projects.Technical and Business Skills Strong understanding of process safety design and analysis fundamentals. Experience participating in HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL Rating workshops. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in relevant technical software packages.
