Loss prevention & integrity support engineer

We are looking for a Loss Prevention & Integrity Support Engineer for one of our clients with the following details : Start Date : ASAP End Date : 31-Dec-2025 Work status : Single, residential Qualification and Experience Required : Chemical Engineering Degree or Masters. Minimum 15 years' experience, including 10 years in upstream oil and gas and 5 years in Safety. Engineering and technical integrity experience in a large oil and gas organization, familiar with safety engineering standards and guidelines. Computer knowledge Proficient with business suites (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). Experience with in-house tools: SAP, SYNERGI. Knowledge of risk assessment tools: PHAST, OREDA. Qualified lead process safety auditor (Lead Auditor). Strong rigor, critical thinking, open-mindedness, and willingness to share knowledge. Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Willingness to undertake offshore visits. Fluency in English is mandatory. Activities Assist in preparing the Technical Integrity Review Team (TIRT), involving discipline leaders in integrity management. Support the preparation of executive reviews of monthly company performance on technical integrity, focusing on key KPIs, major threats, and critical actions, including trend analysis. Prepare formal reports for the company's "IMR dashboard" featuring selected integrity measures and KPIs. Contribute to developing performance standards for all SECEs based on safety engineering inputs and company standards. Participate in risk assessments related to anomalies and incidents, advising on integrity threats, and ensuring equipment criticality in risk-based processes (RBI, RCM, CE Register) is updated and aligned with company rules. Support impact assessments to ensure RFCs meet company standards and acceptable risk levels for humans, assets, production, and the environment. Develop Standalone Risk Assessments (SRA) for existing integrity threats. Assist disciplines, especially FOPS, in various modification assessments, focusing on technical integrity and process safety. Review Downgraded Situations (DGS) and provide input to operations. Conduct HAZID and HAZOP workshops for class RFCs. Perform Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) for various scenarios. Classify SIL using LOPA and Risk Graph methods. Support Barrier Monitoring Degradation Monitoring, including bow-tie reviews (UC#77). Assist in conducting the Annual Topside Facility Survey (ASTF).
