Driving Organizational Growth through Top Talent Acquisition Job Purpose Direct & supervise Technical Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering for the company's project to ensure all safety requirements, standards, and practices are met during design, development, and execution. Provide guidance to EPC contractors and resolve technical safety issues to meet project milestones. Lead the development of the Design Safety Case and related safety risk deliverables, ensuring alignment with company operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate deliverables with contractors, project management, and safety teams. Lead EPC contractor in delivering safety studies (QRA, HAZOPs, FERA, EERA, PH&RA) and facilitate Formal Risk Assessments. Manage schedules, milestones, and recovery plans for safety activities. Provide guidance during detailed design and participate in reviews and risk screening processes. Oversee contractors’ safety execution activities, verify resource and competency adequacy, and ensure compliance with company policies. Supervise technical problem-solving and facilitate meetings to disseminate safety information. Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and scope descriptions in contracts. Lead the development of the Design Safety Case, ensuring compliance with project and company requirements, and support the evolution of safety standards into operational phases.
