About The Role Collaborate with the Project Team to evaluate and implement effective survey solutions. Define and communicate accuracy requirements for engineering deliverables. Update the Engineering team on positioning systems and survey methods. Participate in tendering and contract evaluations for survey services. Plan and organize offshore and onshore survey operations, ensuring compliance with standards. Prepare and manage survey documentation, including procedures and quality protocols. Manage Survey subcontractors to meet quality, safety, and schedule standards. Contribute to risk assessments and ensure safe, efficient survey operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least 8 years of survey management experience in offshore, marine, or construction industries. Knowledge of survey instrumentation, software (Auto CAD, GIS, Hydrographic tools), and geospatial data analysis. Experience in offshore survey planning and execution. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Familiarity with contract management and supervising survey subcontractors. Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to survey and geospatial data. Membership in professional surveying bodies (e.g., RICS, NSPS, FIG) is preferred. Experience with dynamic positioning and offshore navigation systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
