In addition to your competitive package and benefits you will have access to a suite of policies that include hybrid working arrangements, individual athletic sponsorship, study assistance sponsorship, employee referral rewards.Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented Commercial Manager to join our consultant team on a landmark mega project based in Doha, Qatar.The successful candidate will lead a dedicated commercial team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective assessment and processing of interim payment applications, variation orders (VOs), claims, and other commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.This is a senior-level role requiring deep commercial acumen, leadership, and contract administration expertise, particularly in large-scale consultancy environments.We envisage success in this role to include;Leading the commercial function within the consultant team on a mega project.Managing the end-to-end assessment process of interim payment certificates and final accounts.Evaluating and processing variation orders (VOs), contractual claims, and cost impacts.Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations related to commercial matters.Providing strategic advice on commercial and contract risks.Managing commercial correspondence, negotiations, and resolution of disputes.Developing and maintaining robust reporting systems and dashboards for commercial performance.Leading and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors and commercial specialists.Liaising with the client, contractors, and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial administration.Preparing commercial reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior stakeholders.Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years of commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, partnered with a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Professional membership such as MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent is preferred.Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.Proven experience working within a consultancy environment on mega or complex projects.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.KEO's performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
