Senior Analyst - Rewards & Performance Managementwill support the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective Reward & Performance Management policies and procedures for the Head Office, regional offices, subsidiaries, and JV companies, on an as-needed basis.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Commerce. HR certifications such as GRP, CIPD, or SHRM are a plus, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Reward & Performance Management.The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Excel and Oracle ERP.Job Responsibilities: Design & Develop Compensation & Benefit Program Conduct analysis of compensation & benefit offerings at various organizational levels within Qatari Diar and use feedback to enhance offerings.Evaluate competitor compensation & benefit packages through market surveys and share insights with management.Implement and Manage Compensation & Benefit Programs Analyze survey data to ensure appropriate compensation across departments and levels.Administer internal benefit programs (pension, retirement, leave policies, life and medical insurance).Ensure compliance of compensation & benefits actions with legal regulations, company policies, and delegated authorities.Assist in reward/merit budget planning and administration, participate in insurance contract negotiations, and ensure accuracy of census data and invoicing.Initiate and coordinate periodic review of relevant policies and procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
