Based in the Commercial Strategy Department, the Reservations Services Agent is responsible for guest satisfaction by greeting guests warmly, recognizing and anticipating their needs, and ensuring complete follow-up. The role involves assisting guests and colleagues in emergencies, managing reservation communications, and maintaining effective communication on all reservations (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa) to ensure smooth service. The Reservations Manager oversees this position. The main duties include answering the hotel’s main phone, greeting callers, processing reservations, verifying availability, accommodating special requests, supporting customer loyalty, ensuring accurate information, demonstrating product knowledge, and maintaining filing systems. Qualifications include a senior school qualification or equivalent, a degree or higher diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management, at least 2 years of hotel or administrative experience in hospitality, previous reservations or front office experience, familiarity with PMS systems, and good computer skills.
