Description
Hotel reservations agents have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include : Ensuring guests’ satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities Resolving conflicts between guests and staff members Providing information about local attractions and activities Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies Requirements : 2-3 years of experience as a Reservations Agent in hotels#J-18808-Ljbffr
