Ensure adherence to the arrival/departure service sequence. Assist in directing and walking guests to their destinations in the hotel. Be ready to undertake all roles, including night shifts, within the Front Office Team. Create personal connections through emotional luxury between Raffles Ambassadors and guests. Enforce Property Management System etiquette and ensure accuracy in administrative duties. Perform check-in, check-out, and room change procedures; ensure all data are entered completely into hotel systems. Assist with daily shift bookkeeping of the Front Office Team. Collaborate with Housekeeping on maintaining cleanliness in Front of House areas. Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily reports of all money received. Assist other hotel departments as needed. Uphold personal grooming standards, discipline, and efficiency of duties. Coordinate with supporting departments through training. Promptly respond to guest calls, messages, and emails; communicate requests to relevant departments. Align service standards and performance with Accor Values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, Respect. Execute upsell strategies and strive to meet targets set by management. Ensure guests receive the experience as per SOPs, LSOP, and Forbes 5-star / LQA standards, aiming for high scores and goals. Perform any other duties or projects as directed by management. Report suspicious behavior of guests and staff to management and security. Report hazards immediately. Understand hotel fire, emergency, and evacuation procedures. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a second language. Ability to manage guest and team member needs effectively. Attention to detail and approachable demeanor. Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information. Good computer skills and knowledge of property management systems. High integrity, enthusiasm, and dedication to continuous improvement. Open-mindedness and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Understanding of Middle Eastern clientele and culture. Knowledge of key stakeholders in luxury travel.
