Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Champions the arrival and departure experience of guests. Ensures adherence to the arrival/departure service sequence. Assists in directing and walking guests to their destinations within the hotel. Ready to undertake all roles, including night shifts, within the Front Office Team. Takes responsibility for creating personal connections through emotional luxury between Raffles Ambassadors and guests. Enforces Property Management System etiquette and ensures accuracy in administrative duties. Performs check-in, check-out, and room change procedures; ensures complete data entry into hotel systems. Assists with daily shift bookkeeping of the Front Office Team. Collaborates with the Housekeeping Team to maintain cleanliness in Front of House areas. Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily reports of all monetary transactions. Assists other hotel departments as needed. Upkeeps personal grooming standards, discipline, and efficiency of duties. Coordinates with supporting departments through training and communication. Responds promptly to guest calls, messages, and emails; communicates with relevant departments to resolve guest requests. Ensures service standards and individual performance align with Accor Values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, and Respect. Executes annual upsell strategies to meet management targets. Ensures guest experiences comply with brand SOPs, Raffles Doha LSOP, and Forbes 5-star / LQA standards; aims to meet set scores and goals. Performs duties and special projects as assigned by management, across departments if necessary. Reports suspicious behavior of guests and staff to management and security. Reports hazards immediately and understands hotel fire, emergency, and evacuation procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a second language. Ability to manage all guest and team member needs with equal dedication. Attention to detail and approachable demeanor. Maintains security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information in accordance with data security laws. Proficient in computer and property management systems. High integrity, enthusiasm, and dedication to continuous improvement. Open-mindedness and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
