Projects Manager & Coordinator Elevator & Escalators Projects Manager & Coordinator Elevator & Escalators Job Title: Projects Manager & Coordinator Job Overview: The Project Coordinator will manage client communications, project scheduling, and resource planning, leveraging Odoo’s CRM, Project, and Inventory modules. With a PMP certification and Auto CAD proficiency, you’ll proactively plan manpower against material deliveries to prevent constraints, ensuring projects are completed on time and to client expectations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and addressing client needs promptly. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Create and manage project plans in Odoo’s Project module, using PMP methodologies to define tasks, timelines, and milestones. Ensure projects adhere to industry standards (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1). Manpower Planning: Forecast manpower needs in Odoo’s Calendar module, aligning technician assignments with project schedules and expected material deliveries to avoid bottlenecks. Material Coordination: Monitor delivery schedules in Odoo’s Inventory module, cross-referencing with project timelines to ensure materials arrive before critical tasks, preventing delays. Technical Drawings: Use Auto CAD to review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring site leads and technicians have accurate specifications for installations. Client Communication: Respond to inquiries within 2 hours via Odoo CRM, send automated milestone updates, and address concerns with clear, professional communication. Progress Tracking: Compile daily site updates in Odoo’s Project module, flagging issues to the Operations Manager and ensuring real-time visibility. Support & Feedback: Follow up with clients post-installation via Odoo CRM, manage support tickets (Odoo Helpdesk, if available), and collect feedback using Odoo Survey. Process Optimization: Identify and resolve workflow constraints, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
