Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, Dubai & Sharjah, the Project Manager based in Dubai is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the assigned project(s). The role involves managing interfaces with all key stakeholders internally and externally, with a focus on proactive collaboration with the customer. The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure objectives are met within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. The primary goals are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring delivery within contractual requirements and KONE objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction and successful stakeholder management. Proactively manage customer communication throughout the project. Coordinate integrated project planning with customers and KONE teams. Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan. Monitor and control project progress continuously. Handle project start-up, reviews, reporting, and governance. Communicate project status effectively to management and the customer. Identify and mitigate operational and financial project risks. Manage financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and revenue. Drive Sales-to-Operations handover quality and ensure proper project closure. Maintain master action logs and lessons learned documentation. Ensure sufficient project resourcing and team competencies. Lead and manage the full project team. Promote safety and security awareness among project staff and subcontractors, adhering to policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the elevator industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Proven success in managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Understanding of financial aspects of project management. PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Proven experience in high-rise project management within the elevator industry is essential.
