About the Role As a Commercial Specialist, you will help drive Ooredoo Money’s growth by managing partner relationships, streamlining daily operations, analysing data, and leading marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with the teams across departments & markets to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and strengthen our position in Qatar’s fintech market. Responsibilities Product Development & Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the main link between commercial, technical, and operational teams to resolve issues, set priorities, and align on product strategy. Draft clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that turn business needs and customer feedback into actionable plans for technical teams. Support testing by helping create test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring deliverables meet requirements. Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver new features and improvements on time and to a high standard. Partner Relationship Management Coordinate and manage relationships with strategic partners (banks, exchange houses, merchants, and service providers) to ensure seamless daily operations and mutual business growth. Monitor and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement partner incentive, commercial agreements and reward programs to drive performance and loyalty. Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics Analyse business and partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction volumes, customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to inform business strategy and operational enhancements. Campaign Design & Promotion Planning Lead the end-to-end process of campaign development, from ideation and business case creation to creative execution and post-campaign analysis. Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines. Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, social, in-app, and offline) to maximize reach and engagement. Oversee the creation of high-quality content and promotional materials tailored to target customer segments. Product & Market Insight Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs. Support the product team in identifying and prioritizing new features and enhancements based on market and data-driven insights. Champion a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement in product and service delivery. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all commercial activities and partnerships adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards, including KYC, AML, and data privacy requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to proactively manage risks associated with new initiatives and partnerships. Stakeholder Communication Prepare and present regular performance updates, business cases, and campaign results to senior management and key stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in commercial, product, or business development roles within fintech, banking, telecom, or digital financial services. Prior experience of managing Product P&L. Required Skills Proven experience (8+ years) with strong expertise in analytics and innovative technologies. Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector is an advantage. Passion for fintech innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Personal Profile Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Highly effective project management, problem solving and planning skills.
