Responsibilities: Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors for consulting, specialty, and construction services to support project execution. Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare contracts, and support the Sub-contracts Manager in monitoring contractor performance and service delivery. Review approvals and documentation related to invoice payments to ensure service quality for Worley and its customers. Support Senior Contracts Specialists in their delivery requirements. Assist in preparing RFQs and coordinate technical and commercial evaluations. Review and recommend contractor change requests and claims. Experience: Previous experience in the relevant discipline within the same or similar industry, including brownfield projects. Minimum 8+ years of project execution experience in oil and gas and/or construction industries. Education: University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Business Law, or similar. Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or industry accreditation in contracts management are desirable.
