Procurement Contract Specialist II
Description
Responsibilities: Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty, and construction services to support project execution.Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, and support the Sub-contracts Manager to monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.Review agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its customers.Support the Senior Contracts Specialists in delivery of their requirements.Assist in the preparation of RFQs and coordinate the process of technical and commercial evaluation.Review and recommend contractors' change requests and claims.Experience: Previous experience in the relevant discipline, in the same or similar industry, including experience in brownfield projects.Minimum 8+ years of project execution experience in the oil and gas and/or construction industries.Education: University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Business Law, or similar.Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or industry accreditation in contracts management is desirable.Company Industry: Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area: Procurement Contract Specialist IIDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform to connect jobseekers and employers.
