Distribution and Planning Officer - Škoda | Volkswagen Group Middle East | Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Škoda Sales Team at Volkswagen Group Middle East as a Distribution and Planning Officer . This role plays a critical part in ensuring excellence in dealer planning, budget oversight, and sales support. What You'll Do As a key member of our Sales & Distribution Team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth dealer operations and smart budget execution. Your responsibilities will include : Planning & Budget Management Coordinate dealer order planning to support income targets and tactical sales goals. Monitor budgets vs. spend, manage tactical campaigns, and ensure optimized use of resources. Serve as a point of contact for dealer claim submissions and distribution-related issues. Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Controlling, VI) to manage support contributions and resolve queries. Data Reporting & Insights Maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and provide decision support through insightful data analysis. Support the preparation of monthly reports, sales presentations, and performance reviews. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to drive results. Must-Haves : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in the automotive sector, demand planning, or logistics. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data fluency (Qlik Sense experience is a plus). High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a proactive and accountable mindset. Why Join Us?
