The role involves planning and controlling targets and budgets for VWGME & VWGSME Group Back Office Functions, overseeing controlling areas such as CEO Office, HR, GFA & IT, and coordinating all financial transactions at VWGME.Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and execute controls and procedures to ensure business development in controlling functions.Provide regular reporting and financial consultation to responsible managers.Manage special projects for the CFO.Develop and deliver the Group's Planning Round (PR), Budget, and monthly forecast.Align personnel & structural costs within the framework of the PR, Budget, and forecast.Track cost and margin development, analyze variances, and communicate actions.Support tactical claim tracking and define invoicing processes.Prepare financial analyses, variances, and forecasts for P&L.Prepare management presentations and financial reports for leadership and board meetings.Coordinate with internal and external audits and record risks.Operate and update financial systems like Nadin, IT, ISAC, FICO, KSRM, i Serve, and Modulus.Compute profitability of mobility vehicles and advise on allocations.Provide financial inputs for the Mobility Steering Committee.Support Tax compliance management and audits.Stay updated on regional tax developments.Key Competencies & Qualifications Master of Science in Business Management or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant finance experience.Up to 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.Knowledge of management accounting methods.Proficiency in office applications.Analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.Leadership and motivational abilities.Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.Company Industry Automotive Auto Accessories Department / Functional Area Finance Treasury Keywords Finance Controlling Officer Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
