Description

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIPS or CIPP) is an advantage. Minimum 6 years experience in procurement or supply chain functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Experience with ERP or procurement platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Coupa) is highly desirable. Arabic Speaker with Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Basic understanding of contract terms, sourcing strategies, and procurement compliance. Executing day-to-day procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Supports strategic sourcing, supplier management, and adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements. To contribute to efficiency, transparency, and value-for-money in all procurement activities. Process and manage purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency using ERP or e-Procurement systems. Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, cost-efficiency, and organizational standards. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and contract compliance. Assist in drafting and issuing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents in line with procurement guidelines. Contribute to the review and analysis of quotations and bids, supporting technical and commercial evaluations in collaboration with end users. Ensure procurement activities are documented, auditable, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Support contract negotiations and participate in vendor performance monitoring and reporting. Track procurement milestones and proactively follow up on deliveries, quality issues, and after-sales support. Provide guidance to departments on procurement protocols and continuously promote best practices and policy compliance. Contribute to procurement reporting, spend analysis, and audit preparations as needed. Stay updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and alternative sourcing options. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Procurement Director or Head of Department. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
