Monitorday-to-day operations , ensuring adherence to processes and procedures. Manage the resolution of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely communication with clients. Leadroot cause analysis (RCA)for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience: 8+ years & ITIL Foundation certification.
