This role is central to scaling our digital fundraising capabilities, building strategic partnerships, and driving impact through technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance EAA’s online donation platform and donation apps Boost donations through optimized digital channels (web, social media, apps). Design and execute data-driven digital campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI. Optimize donor journeys to foster long-term engagement and retention. Forge partnerships with digital agencies, payment platforms, and retailers. Launch cutting-edge campaigns that align with EAA’s global education mission. Track performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact. You’ll also collaborate with the International Partnerships Manager to: Develop alliances with corporate foundations and NGOs. Secure sponsorships and co-funded initiatives advancing EAA’s goals. We’re Looking For A digital-native with a passion for social impact. You bring: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, international partnerships or fundraising Expertise in CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management.
