The **m**ain purpose of the job** is to drive the growth and success of our Companie´s Vaccine portfolio in Bahrain & Qatar. This includes achieving sales targets in both the Private and Public sectors and enhancing customers’ experience through a customer-centric approach. Additionally, develop and execute implementation programs for the National Immunization Program (NIP) while establishing solid partnerships with Health Authorities to support vaccination programs, seeking opportunities to include the assigned brands in the major private hospitals/clinics, coordinating with the cross-functional teams, and collaborating closely with the Brand and Customer Manager to create effective implementation programs **Duties and responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain solid partnerships with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors. - Drive vaccine implementation programs, including comprehensive planning, execution, and tracking, aligned with the Vaccine unit’s key strategic objectives. - Ensure the successful implementation of National Immunization Programs (NIP) by developing and executing activities that increase awareness and utilization of our Companie´s vaccines in collaboration with the health authorities. - Identify and pursue new opportunities for the inclusion and expansion of our Companie´s vaccines portfolio. - Collaborate on planning and implementing corporate vaccination programs, from initial planning stages to full implementation. - Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills to stay informed about new market events and environmental factors relevant to the vaccine market. - 100% adherence to Compliance/Pharmacovigilance (PV) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Skills and Competencies**: - 3-5 year of professional medical representative experience. - Vaccines experience is a plus. - Fluent in English. - Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management, and communication. - Customer engagement & influencing skills - the ability to effectively navigate the customers’ environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive customer networks & partnerships to achieve results. - Planning and Project Management skills. - Excellent at problem-solving and team-working. - Having Customer Centric Approach, being business oriented - Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Collaborative, committed, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality. - High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. **Working conditions**: - Based in Qatar or Bahrain. - 30-50% travel time. - Field Based Position. **Who we are** We are known as Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, New Jersey, USA in the United States and Canada and MSD everywhere else.
