Senior Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Description Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as a Senior Community Outreach Coordinator and play a pivotal role in enhancing our community engagement efforts. Based in Qatar, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies that align with our service-driven mission. Your role will involve building strong relationships with community stakeholders and ensuring our initiatives are impactful and sustainable. Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach activities with company objectives. Organize and successfully implement afternoon and evening courses, in a variety of areas, that will be open to older students and adults. Work closely with the institution’s faculty and staff, in the selection of courses to be offered through the Community Outreach Program. Work with the Assistant Director of Academics to determine the needs of universities, in order to offer academic support to university students, through the Community Outreach Program. Develop a schedule for afternoon and evening classes. Organize and fully- to leverage support for the institution and its students, creating and maintaining a list of alumni, including background and contact information. Responsible for the organization and successful implementation of afternoon and evening courses, designed to meet the needs of older students and the community at large. Schedule frequent visits to ministries, companies, organizations, and businesses, throughout Doha, in order to establish working relationships that will benefit the institution and its students. Accept reasonable additional responsibilities as required by the Director. Required Profile We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in community outreach and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship building. 2 - 3 years Proven experience in community outreach or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups. Experience in organizing and managing events and workshops. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
