The post holder ensures strategic alignment with partners and leverages resources for efficiency and systemic improvement.KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: General Scope: Develops an organized network with relevant partners such as PHCC, MOPH, HMC, including mapping existing agreements and identifying resources to support clinical targets.Manages daily activities related to partnership management, planning, development, and administration.Builds relationships with community partners, including schools, NGOs, industry providers, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions, possibly internationally.Establishes processes for documentation, liaison, and escalation of issues with tangible solutions.Represents clinical services with partners, maintaining discretion, standards, and focus on clinical priorities.Coordinates, leads, and manages the Joint Partnership Committee (JPC) meetings with HMC and stakeholders.Collaborates with departments to ensure timely, efficient, and quality care through JPC arrangements.Supports departments in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to govern practices across organizations.Coordinates communication with stakeholders and community organizations.Enhances Sidra's visibility in the local healthcare community.Implements innovative solutions to improve collaboration with partner organizations.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Experience: 5+ years in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a functional management role.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Public Relations Industries Hospitals and Healthcare This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
