JOB SUMMARY: The Manager – Outreach integrates all clinical services with external community industry regulatory and academic partners. The post holder ensures strategic alignment with its partners, and co-leveraging each other’s resources for efficiency and systemic improvement.KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: General Scope: Develops an organized network with relevant partners, PHCC, MOPH, HMC, with positive relationships. This includes mapping of relevant partners and existing agreements. Identifying partner resources that may be leveraged to support clinical targets, utilizing excess clinical resources across partners to meet minimum use requirement and developing agreements for measurable progress. Manages daily activities related to partnership management, planning, development and other administrative activities. Develops robust relationships partners from the community including schools and non-governmental organizations from industry including public, semi public and private providers from regulatory bodies including health and licensing regulations and academic partners, may be international as required. Establishes processes for appropriate documentations of liaison and prompt escalations of issues and risks. Accompanied by tangible options for solutions. Represents the clinical services with all partners as required and ensures senior discretion, standards and clear focus on clinical priorities. Coordinates, Leads and Manages the Joint Partnership Committee (JPC) meeting with HMC and other stakeholders. Collaborates and coordinates with departments impacting their services through JPC arrangement to ensure timely, efficient and quality care maintained. Supports departments and division in developing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailing and governing practice across both organizations. Coordinates internal and external information-sharing and communication with stakeholders and community-based organizations. Increases the visibility and awareness of Sidra in the local healthcare community. Identifies and implements innovative solutions for practice or workflow changes to improve the collaboration of Sidra with its partner organizations. Adheres to Sidra’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies Adheres to and promotes Sidra’s Values QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: ESSENTIALPREFERRED Education Bachelor’s degree in related field Experience5+ years of progressive management experience in complex healthcare settings with at least 2 years in a functional management role.
