Job Description Members of the Kitchen Department are responsible for ensuring that all hotel visitors are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our food and beverage offerings across all areas of the hotel. F&B should be regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market. A Chef de Partie oversees all culinary dishes prepared in their section. They must be highly knowledgeable about their specialty and culinary functions in general. The role requires organization, the ability to work under pressure, and leadership skills to give orders within their section and reliably execute directives from the Sous Chef and Head Chef. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or any culinary degree Minimum one year experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels and restaurants Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
