Sales Executive - Experienced in Real estate

Urgent hiring for Sales Executives - Government service Only for experienced talent!!! Strong on-field experience is required in Sales profile in Government services like Tasheel/Amer/DLD/Translation/Business setup. Job Role Responsibilities: Ensure that collection of the total generated sales is maintained. Develop effective approaches and ideas to promote the company as a leading brand. Foster goodwill among clients and Government offices. Contribute to the acquisition of the targeted market share in the area set forth by the company. Attend all sales review meetings and scheduled client appointments punctually. Study the market situation in terms of clients under negotiation, their location, and time frame to help the management decide where to focus sales and marketing strategies. Set meetings with prospective clients and help them own products and services of the company. Prepare all necessary documentation including the required forms and contracts with the line manager's approval prior to submission to prospective clients. Regularly follow up on quotations as defined in the sales procedures and established practices until the sales product is granted in favor of the company. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors through various means such as studying competitor quotations, records of competitors’ services and rates, and workload of competitors. Observe the Marketing & Sales Policies and provide feedback to the line manager regarding marketing intelligence, status of the clients, and competitors' movements. Follow up on tenders released by private and government offices. Achieve the set targets for the number of weekly meetings and calls. Perform related duties as assigned by management.
